DIY (Bottle Edition)

Hey Everyone!!!! Today i'm bringing you a crazy cheap and cute DIY idea for the summer... So here it is:
Today we're gonna be making super cute DIY bottles which are a fun and awesome decor piece for the summer!!!
Here is what you will need:
- Glass bottles
- Tape
- Newspaper
-Spray Paint
First step is to clean your glass bottles... You can use any shape, size or kind of glass bottle, it just depends on you.
Next we're gonna prep our bottles.. We do this by taping the points at which we want to do our decorative pattern. So if you wanna have a double stripped bottle you would tape 2 rows on your bottle as seen below.. But be creative and do whatever style works for you
Next step is to prep your space.. I suggest doing this somewhere like outside where the fumes will not stick around and it isn't a problem if there is a little mess, so just lay your newspaper flat and spread it just wide enough to ensure no spray paint is caught in any unwanted area...
Start spraying.. So the aim now is to spray the areas that are not covered in tape depending on the pattern you want. So spray according to how you want to style your bottle. Be careful not to spray outside of where you want. I would also say to spray a few coats just to get an even colour and do not spray one area more than any other..ensure you get an even coat going.
Leave to dry... At this stage I would leave my bottles from about 6 hours to overnight to ensure they are properly dried.. Maybe 4 if you leave it out in direct sunlight.. But ensure to clean up all newspaper and any spray drainage to ensure no residue is left from the spray paint.
Style however you want! ...... See as easy as 1,2,3... This now leaves you with a super cute and fun decor idea that is sure to leave your guest wondering where you got such cute statement pieces in you room. And the best part of all this costs little to nothing!
