Hi Everyone!!
So today I wanted to share a little insight into how I plan outfits when going on any trips and what method works the best for me!

Step 1: I always start off by checking the weather and thinking of what kinda looks. I usually have a current moodboard and save outfit Inspiration pictures from instagram that I use to help when choosing my looks! NYC is pretty hot and for the most part sunny, so shorts and easy tops are great for the weather conditions!

Step 2: Next I take out the pieces and try on everything.. This way I can tell if the outfit really works and I can choose my accessories and pack them all together! I also try on my outfits with other bags and shoes just incase something doesn't work..

Step 3: Then I try and see if my pieces can work with multiple items. This bag for example I make it work both looks below, the bag ties in all the white and can be worn in different styles.
(Pro-tip: Pack bags that have removable strap so it can be worn both as a day-time and night-time bag and also pack a bag that u can wear crossbody or top handle/waist so you can have 2-3 bags in one)

The white short is also an example of a piece that I combined in numerous looks and worked with all of them!

Step 4: Once I'm okay with the outfit, I save the picture to my camera roll so I can remember my exact outfit when I'm ready to wear! I pack my outfits grouped together so they are easy to find when I'm ready to wear them
Tip: Try suitcase organizers to maximize on even more space!! This is something I am yet to try but have seen that it works and will try personally the next time I travel
Step 5: Unpack and style! (Make sure to keep whatever items you are planning to rewear clean so that it will look like a brand new piece!)

Styling emergency tip: Always pack a neutral pant, shoe and shirt that can be a safe save incase something goes wrong with your look! E.g :
How I first planned the look:

How I actually wore it:

So, sometimes the look doesn't always go as planned but it is always safe to pack a backup pant, shoe and extra accessories to create a look new look using the same main pieces!
Thank you guys for reading and hope you gained some tips and tricks from this post!
