Hey Everyone!!
So I decided to share this super easy floral arrangement DIY. I do this all the time at home to add a little spunk to my apartment. This is a super cost effective little decorative piece that can brighten up any space. I usually get my my flowers at my supermarket and they are usually priced super good. I always get the 3 for $12 and I can make 2 arrangements that lasts me about 2-3 weeks depending on the type of flower. So happy I can share little decorative tips and tricks with you all so I hope you enjoy!!
What you need:
- 3 for $12 Flowers from Publix or whatever flower you have
- A Vase ( I recycle the ones I receive)
- Shears
- Plant Food (usually comes with flowers)
Step 1:
Pick the flowers that you want for your arrangements and clean them up enough so you can begin to separate them for prep

Step 2:
Get a larger kitchen shear and cut plant food packet into your vase and fill your vase a little over half to ensure the roots are completely covered

Step 3:
Wash separated pieces of plant stem and begin the cutting process. Always ensure you cut your stems on a slant (This is to ensure your stems can easily suck up the water and plant food nutrients)

Step 4:
Start arranging your individual pieces in your vase and fill how you like. I suggest using enough pieces to make it look very full and lush but not too much to be overcrowded. I cut some in varying lengths to give my vase some dimension

Step 5:
Add other flower pieces to jazz up your vase and place where needs some fresh flowers for a pop of color!

TA-DA!
I use my second set of flowers to create a complete different arrangement. Just repeat the same steps above and it's as easy as that! Side note: All your extra pieces can go into old bottles to create cute individual ones as some extra decor pieces!

Thank you guys for checking out this slightly different post but since there are so many of us at home this is a therapeutic activity I like to do that is quite easy, cost effective and fun!! Tag me in your arrangements when you try this out!! Hope everyone is keeping safe!
